So far, so good

It’s only been a couple of weeks and everything is pretty good. Keeping an eye on crisper drawer - celery was limp but maybe it came that way from store. Did not hook up ice maker or water as I don’t want any leaks. Significantly smaller than what was replaced but counter depth is simply smaller. I’ll learn to live with it. Still getting used to smaller capacity in doors so will keep less in there. Freezer much easier as a drawer vs swing door on old fridge. But again, much smaller. Bottom line, it’s smaller. Let’s hope I get many years of service out of this thing. The short lifespan of appliances these days is appalling. I get it - more energy efficient means smaller compressors. I’d like to know if half the lifespan is actually more energy efficient in the long run. Seems like many more appliances sent to the landfill in the same amount of time.

Like the extra features for a Refg of this size

Like the GE products and name that has been around for ever as well have it's main offices here in the USA, has lots of shelving space both inside and on the doors big plus that it was one of few that fit our 2017 Bounder RV replacing a non working Samsung residential refrigerator unit with added features

Bottoms freezer issues….and replacement issues

We had issues with the bottom freezer…freezing up as the GE tech came out and took it apart and replaced with several new parts and still issue with it and loud noise. So we had to get it replaced just last week after having to deal with 4 months of back and forth waiting patiently which we understand it takes time for new parts to come in and then schedule a tech to come and replace parts. After waiting and taking time out of work to schedule appts and after calls and calls and calls. We get replacement and now issues with the same model . Something is going on…the top fridge is having issues…bits of ice is forming on top and the side of teh doors is sweating . Honestly we would just rather get the retail $ money for this model and have to research another model . But we are having an appt Monday to GE tech to come out AGAIN and see what is working with the replacement of the very same model. We will see.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This review comes only 4 weeks of owning the fridge, but so far our experience has been great. The freezer size is a bit cramped, but as a veteran of Tetris, we make it work. Very happy with our purchase. Don't let the counter depth size fool you; The refrigerator internal space it plentiful, considering the storage in the doors is ample.
