Loud compressor

Compressor makes a loud buzzing when running. Refrigerator is level and followed the troubleshooting directions. My old refrigerator ran much quieter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great unit, but some lackluster elements

Wonderful upgrade from our 25 year old standard refrigerator freezer. Controls are simple to use and read. Lighting is great. Not loud at all. Makes ice quickly and water is filtered. Door alarm is nice and loud. Digital filter life display is helpful.
However, be advised that due to the door shelving depth, the main fridge cabinet shelves are not very deep. You won’t fit a pizza box in there anymore. Not a dealbreaker, just different. Also, the nozzle for the water dispenser is a bit shorter than it needs to be, making things a touch messy at times. In the freezer compartment, it would have been nice for the top shelf to be able to slide out farther. Since the bottom tray goes under it when closed, why can’t the top go over it when open?
All in all, we are quite pleased, and getting it on sale definitely helped.

Would be 5 stars had it not been for the loud noise coming from the compressor. I'm not sure if this is usual. Plenty of efficient storage bins on doors, and a great top shelf that slides under in to allow for taller bottles. Deep dual freezer compartment with compartment divider that slides.

Buzzing Rear Access Plate

While many aspects of this refrigerator are very good, it makes a very loud buzzing noise when the compressor is operating that goes away when I put my hand on the rear access plate on the back of the unit to the right of the R600A warning label. It is attached with six hex-head screws that were installed without rubber washers or a gasket to keep the plate from making vibration noise, which may be simple to fix, but it is something that should have been done at the factory rather than expecting your customers to do it.

Great look. Freezer is to small... Once a day it runs really loud which makes me wonder how long it will last... Cools great with no humidity!! Love the door alarm for when it's not shut.
