Excellent all around

Great fridge. Easy access to everything. French doors allow plenty of storage and things inside are easy to reach. Bottom freezer on rollers is a huge success in the family.

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT - DON'T WASTE YOUR $$

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the headaches and buy something else. I've had issues with this fridge since the first month it was installed. The warranty repair technician came out just yesterday and I am placing another service request again today. The main compartment fluxuates back and forth between freezing items and warming up to the point that I question if the food being stored is still safe to eat. The freezer produces frost, icicles build-up, and the unit frequently makes a loud & annoying hum. I have been working from home today and have a headache from listening to the refrigerator churn & groan all day long from the other room. Technicians have told me the issues are due to "an ice particle blocking the freezer door from closing 100%" , or, that the unit needs a software update and to just "see how it goes" & hope the noise gets better. There are not a lot of counter-depth models on the market and I was excited about getting this refrigerator, but it has been a big disappointment. I wish I could say I love this refrigerator, but I absolutely do not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud hum when running.

Some of the time it is much too loud when running. A helpful tech came out and fixed the condenser fan, which sort of fixed it for a a short time. But it still sometimes reverts to an unacceptably lound hum while it is running.

Not a Refrigerator I would recommend

I was very limited with my size options when buying this fridge. I had a side by side before which worked great for 20 years but changed all other appliances over to stainless in the last 8 years as they gave up so it was time. Boy am I disappointed, this style fridge has much less room but that’s not the worst of it. It’s LOUD, no matter what I’m doing, open a door, close a door, loud. Open freezer really clickety and loud. Sitting idle it makes a little squealing chirp sound almost all the time and it’s completely level. It looks beautiful next to my other appliances but it’s loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Counter depth is a good size for our small family. The adjustable shelving and variety of drawers gives great flexibility. I wasn't sure about the water dispenser being inside but now I appreciate its discreet location away from kids. The stainless finish hardly shows any fingerprints and is easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!
