I bought this because it seems better constructed than other commonly available brands at the big box stores (LG, Samsung, etc.) If anything, it's over engineered (produce bins lose a bit of space but are really sturdy). I needed the counter depth to be able to be installed - all doorways were narrow. We had a 20 cu ft French door fridge, so not that much change down to 18.6. The freezer is significantly smaller, but we can make do as we are just a retired couple and we have a small chest freezer. My only complaint is that so much potential storage space is taken up by the water spout and ice making features. It's just about impossible to find a fridge without these features. Especially for a compact fridge, you'd think they would prioritize storage space. Lighting is really nice.

Counter depth fridge is perfect for our kitchen. Still has plenty of room inside for a lot of food. Wish the bottom freezer was shaped a bit different. It's difficult to place frozen pizza in there to use the space efficiently. But, overall a great fridge!

Had this refrigerator less than a month. So far runs quiet, does good job, stainless steel look is easy to care for and NO finger prints. Interior design good for moving shelves as needed with split shelf to accommodate tall items.
Purchased this model mainly due to size that would fit the space. Not the color I wanted, cost and availability, (would have been longer than the 5 weeks waited for this one), were factors.
