Delivered 2 days ago. Like French doors and refrigerator section. Looks much better than our old fridge. Runs quiet. Freezer is much smaller than in our older similar size fridge. Older fridge has freezer on top. Nature of drawer (vs. door) seems to result in significant loss of space.

I purchased this refrigerator, just one thing I cannot figure out,
I am not using either the Water or Ice Maker and turned it off.
However I am getting Ice Crystalizing on the back of the freezer wall and on Ice Maker, what can I do, I changed the Freezer Temperature to 6 today to see if this helps, If not, what do i do, I checked the manual I received, but not showing anything about ice crystals?

It runs great, I love the French doors and the many shelves on the doors. The drawer freezer has taken some time to get use to but I like the different compartments. I do wish that I could fit my ice trays in the freezer (they are too long to sit level) as I have well water and haven't figured out how to hook the filter to the fridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Redesign bottom tray in to two separate trays

The bottom trayin the refrigerator goes the whole way across the bottom. That means any time you want to access it requires you to open both refrigerator doors. That wastes energy by having to open both doors. That bottom tray should be split into two individual compartments

Very noisy sounds like the motor surging up and down. Other than that I guess it’s OK even though it says it’s a General Electric product it is not.

Terrible storage and poor quality

The storage within this product is terrible. In order to store large bottles (water, juice), I must lay them on their side. I had a pyrex dish on the same shelving as the bottles and when I moved the pyrex dish is caused all the items to shift and the dish to fall putting a gash in casing that that separates the refrig from freezer and is the shelf for the closed french doors. Product is not made well. Would not purchase or recommend. Our old top freezer/bottom refrig had more storage and better quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
