Pros: Easy to operate.
Water flow from freezer door is excellent
Cons: One less shelf in freezer compare to my GE Side by Side 25.3 that was replaced :(
Shelves inside freezer door seem to be smaller.

Great Fridge, But the Ice Maker is a Noisy Issue!

This was a replacement refrigerator due to the model we had is absolute. Overall, I’m very pleased with it. The aesthetics are perfect—definitely a 5/5 for its sleek design. In terms of functionality, both the refrigerator and freezer spaces are well thought out and highly efficient, so I’d rate that 5/5 as well.
However, the ice maker has been a real downside. The noise level is extremely disruptive, at times reaching ear-piercing decibels. A tech came out and fixed the issue, but unfortunately, the noise returned the next day, and we’re now having to schedule another visit. I’m hoping this isn’t going to be a recurring issue that would require us to replace the refrigerator altogether. While the fridge is fantastic in most areas, the ongoing ice maker issue is a big concern.

WE REPLACED OUR PREVIOUS GE PROFILE REFRIGERATOR WITH THIS UPDATED MODEL. SO FAR IT IS EVERYTHING WE HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM GE WITH REGARDS TO QUALITY. THE REASON FOR THE FOUR-STAR RATING IS THAT THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A DELI MEAT AND CHEESE DRAWER. THE TRADE OFF IS THE NEW FOOD SPACE IN THE FREEZER ABOVE THE ICE MAKER.
OTHER THAN THAT, WE ARE VERY PLEASED.
