Looks great, but doesn't hold up

The refrigerator worked fine for some time, but the latest filter replacement has caused both the ice and water dispenser to stop dispensing entirely. This fridge is a little over 2 years old. Meanwhile, the fridge my parents have had for over 30 years is still refrigerating just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had a similar GE Monogram that the freezer failed and new controller could not repair - Ice maker and fridge worked fine, but freezer would go way up from zero and work for a day or 2, then back up. Finally gave up and ordered this model which was similar. So far, it seems to be doing well. Temp is getting where designed and so far so good. Like all of my GE appliances.
