Fix the shelf issue in the freezer!

The refrigerator is fine. Amount of space works fine. The amount of space in the freezer is adequate. It fits into my space. The biggest reason for the 2 stars is a shelf in the freezer part that falls off. I am only one of many who have this problem. It is a design issue that I think GE needs to remedy. Don’t expect the consumer to figure it out or fix it. It’s a new refrigerator! GE, YOU need to send me the fix for this! You know it’s a problem. The shelf just does NOT fit well for whatever reason. I would like to hear from you. So frustrating!

We really like the refrigerator. The only issue I have is that the ice maker is a little cumbersome to get the tray in and out. Not a huge deal really but just a little getting used to.

I had bad experience buying GE they replace my fridge new brand got bad so bad and it was a brand new I hope this second one be good
