Very pleased with our purchase

It did take about 24 hours for the Fridge and Freezer to get to the factory set temperature. The outside temp was over 100 degrees that day in AZ. The temp inside the unit was over 90 degrees. Once the unit reached the set temperatures, the fridge & freezer has maintained those temperatures. For having the same cubic space as our old side by side Fridge/Freezer this GE unit seems to have more space in the refrigerator section and still hold what we need in the freezer section. it has only been 3 days but we are very pleased with this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The refrigerator has plenty of space for a family of 5. It works as advertised. The Black finish is excellent as we are still love our black appliances.

Only a out a month old,so too soon to tell about durability. Keeps food at set temp. Ice maker and water in door works great. Plenty of shelf space in fridge and freezer.

Better Alternative

Nice product. It’s little smaller interior space but seems well laid out. My last refrigerator/freezer was KitchenAid and it was a piece of crap. GE seems like a better alternative and I like the side by side design better than the drawer model.
