Interior not well designed.

Replaced a 21 year old Kenmore side by side with this GE side by side. The spot in my kitchen for the refrigerator is very limited due to cabinets on one side and a wall on the other side. This side by side fits perfectly and looks great. My complaints are the lack of shelves in the refrigerator and the thin shelves in the door. The bottom drawer is a pain to open and close. It feels cheap. I am having to purchase another used refrigerator to put in my basement to handle to overflow which all fit in my old refrigerator (we do a ton of cooking and some times there is no room for our leftovers). The freezer is a bit better but still won't hold as much as my previous freezer which did have an ice maker and water dispenser in the door. Very disappointed in the interior design. Add more shelves and redesign the door shelving which would make a world of difference.

Lovely appliance!!

I love the product. However, I don’t like that the water hose isn’t included when you purchase the appliance. I feel like it should come with it. The 24 hr wait time it takes for it to reach it desired temp is a bit also. My temp shows 25 for the freezer and 40 for the refrigerator and everything in my freezer has unthawed over night. Also in the instructions it says you must press ENTER in big bold letters to confirm your selection and there’s not one button on this appliance that reads ENTER!

I prefer the side by side instead of the freezer drawer. It is much easier to see everything.

Nice refrigerator. Wish it had separate dispensers for water and ice, also would like a third smaller drawer. But overall, it's fine.
