There were many other refrigerators to choose from. This one appeared to have the most value for the dollar. It does have the GE reputation and most appliances seem to have a limited usage life. So rather than spend thousands this refrigerator does everything we need it to do and has plenty of space. Plus not many spots to LOSE food because you forgot you had it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very nice and quiet fridge. The water dispenser window is a bit small, and therefore it is hard to fill water bottles, and the water filter is much smaller than in the old GE fridge we replaced, so I wonder about its efficiency. Beautiful shelves an LED lights,
