I wanted a basic side by side refrigerator with old school ice maker and this one meets the criteria. The dispenser is a big improvement over my old whirlpool. The lights are good, wish there was one more in each side. I ordered an extra bin for the door. Looking to add a basket/shelf in freezer. Overall good fridge.

This Fridge seems to keep an even temperature. You do have to fill the ice compartment until it is full and empty it at least a couple of times before the ice cubes are clean. Very nice looking in my kitchen. Very pleased with this purchase so far.

I love my new GE side-by-side refrigerator. It is very spacious and holds so much more than my previous appliance did. I love the ice and water in the door feature which is new to us too!

Missing items from previous refrigerator

Fridge is very sharp looking. Had basically same fridge but just in white. They changed a few things that I am not happy with. The white one had one extra drawer in the fridge side. They also reduced the size of the door shelves. They took away one shelf drawer on the freezer side also.
I would recommend this to a friend!
