Going with a same brand, same style

This is almost an identical replacement for the one that broke down the day after Thanksgiving. Installation was quick, and it works great right from the start. It's brighter inside than the old one and a lot quieter, even the ice maker. The only down side, is that it doesn't have a drawer for cheeses and deli meats like the old one had. Trying to find an add-on from GE isn't possible, so we're looking at an after market drawer. I'm hoping this new one lasts as long as the old GE we had...well over 10 years! It's the same size, same brand, same style as the old one. Stay with what works!

I love my new side by side refrigerator but there were a few problems when it was delivered because the men who delivered it didn’t turn on the water so I had no drinking water or anyway to make ice until a GE appliance person came to fix it a week later.
