One refrigerator shelf had a crack and subsequently fell apart. I am awaiting a replacement for the 16 inch

This refrigerator came with the new home that i purchased. The water dispenser is not working but that could be because the installer didn't hook it up correctly. It seems okay otherwise for a side by side.

So far so good. Appliance came well packed and upon plugging in and connecting water source is operating as expected. Nice to have the factory presets. The only thing I would improve is easier installation and moving of shelves.
I would recommend this to a friend!
