Bought this GE refrigerator to replace a 38 year old GE refrigerator.
I'm happy with the purchase. It runs quieter than expected. Temperatures set points are done digitally
Freezer works well. Temperatures stay within ± 2° of set point. It needs a 2nd light in the freezer to see what is towards the bottom of the freezer. I'm having a hard time catching all the through the door ice in a cup or glass, both crushed and cubes. 100% of the uses have resulted in some ice on the floor.
Refrigerator is well lit. I would have liked 2 half sized drawers and 1 full size as opposed to 2 full sized drawers.
Both sales person and installers recommended purchasing a surge protector because of the electronics. GE should build this into their electrical connection/circuit.
