Love the simplicity of this model. It offers everything you need from a refrigerator, lots of space, moveable drawers and shelves, quick ice maker, without the unnecessary bells and whistles.

We have started to moving toward all GE in our kitchen. This refrigerator works as advertised. Start up is a little hairy and you MUST give the ice maker and water dispenser a good 24 hours. You also need 48 hours for the temperatures to stabilize. Water is never ice cold, but cold enough. Installation was a snap.

Gorgeous bisque refrigerator

I love my new GE side by side refrigerator! I had to search to find the bisque color which is not easy to find now. But my other GE appliances are bisque and I really wanted them to match. The refrigerator I replaced was almost identical just much older than my microwave and range. It is gorgeous, very quiet and full of well planned storage space. My only regret is I can’t afford to hook up the water line so I will have the ice and water in the door. I am really looking forward to having a plumber do that. Then no more ice trays!
I had a GE online virtual assistant that gave me the names of several local companies that might have one in stock. If it hadn’t been for that help I may never have found this refrigerator. What a world we live in. Thanks GE for making that possible.

I like the refrigerator and the in door ice/water dispenser. The refrigerator door shelves are much smaller than those in my last refrigerator, which I do not like.
