Slightly dark when the door is opened while the refrigerator is full.
The storage compartment at the bottom of the door was smaller than before, making it difficult to store things like milk.

Not what it used to be.

I was happy when the new home we purchased had all new GE appliances. The fridge broke after just 4-5 years. Main computer very expensive. Leaks water on floor from time to time. Water dispenser outlet is always filthy despite filter being changed in a timely manner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're enjoying our new GE side-by-side refrigerator. The stainless steel looks great in our kitchen. We have plenty of room in the refrigerator side. The freezer side is so organized and the right size for the two of us. We love the door ice and water.
