Functionality not working

The doors are not aligned and there is frost in the refrigerator compartment
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well built and solid unit

Fantastic spacious and well lit fridge. Others state it's loud, when you open and close it many times eventually the compressor will kick into gear. This is also on higher end fridges as other noted while I was researching units, I suspect if you live in a hotter climate it needs to compensate for external Temps. I'm in a place where it's about 55F so it's a non-issue and when it does its because I've opened and closed it several times, compressors kicks in for 4 -7mins to compensate then stops. Not using ice machine or H20 dispensar to mitigate problems. Reading that people have issues across brands and units so I've deduced that I want trouble free usage and opted out of using this option. Overall I expect longevity from GE as our other GE Profile was 40 years old. Highly recommend.

My new and improved GE Frig..

Replaced old Frig with a new one just like it. (Same model) The old one was perfect for us so a new one of the same model made sense. The new one had few improvements that we will enjoy. Winner all around!

Works great! We had to replace or French door LG and decided to go with this GE side door fridge. Very pleased. It has enough space, the light is bright, and water feature works while the fridge door is open (before we had to wait until the door was closed). Overall excellent product at a great deal.
