The refrigerator is fine now. It had a seal issue and thus sweating occurred in the refrigerator. Under warranty, we had a serviceman come to repair it. The sweating problem appears to have been corrected.

Refrigerator smaller than expected

When opened, you have to hold on to the door on the refrigerator side. If not, it swings back and hits anything behind it. I have a telephone on the wall next to the refrigerator and couldn't figure out why, all of a sudden, it was twisted. The refrigerator door was hitting it. There needs to be a stopper of some kind that stops the door before it gets damaged or damages something else. I'm starting to see a small dent in my refrigerator door already. If you know of a remedy, please pass it on to me.

Just delivered today. Our 3rd refrigerator in 7 yrs. Last GE refrigerator I owned lasted almost 25 years. Last 2 were not GE. Why did I stray??? Even had extended warranty on last 2 thankfully. At least I got refund on 1st bad one & waiting for decision on last one. Trusting I don’t need it with GE.
