Happy with purchase so far!

It was received & installed 5 days ago. Excellent experience so far. Everything works great. Hopefully it will continue to function for us for several years. Ample space in refrigerator & freezer. It's quiet even when the ice maker is refilling and processing the ice.

The price, look, lighting, space, easy to store and retrieve item makes this a great choice for me. GE has been doing this for quite awhile which give me the confidence that I’ll be chilling for along time.

Needed to replace my old refrigerator, so went shopping, & found this one. I can't use & don't like the refrigerators with the freezer on the bottom, due to my disability. Many years ago refrigerators were built with the freezer on the bottom, but little ones figured out how to get in them & that is why the manufacturers stopped making them. Very disappointed that this type is back on the market again.

water drips out of door dispenser constantly, I've changed temperature settings, moved ice around, nothing stops it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip.
On models with a grill drip tray, the tray will need to be removed periodically and wiped dry.
If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary. For service, please schedule an appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service. You can schedule an appointment by calling the Service Department directly at 1-800-432-2737 Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET, or by scheduling online at the following link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
