Outside of refrigerator stays very cold indicating insufficient insulation.
Having problems getting any section of the refrigerator below 42 degrees.
Like the look and the ice water dispenser.

No meat and cheese drawer. Is not silent. Makes strange noises when the freezer is opened.

Very quiet and efficient, but, much less useable space than previously. Very disappointing that there are less shelves and baskets for same space. Have to try to buy more shelving.

So far no issues. please keep in consideration that I haven't had the item long enough to give a good opinion. Having said that I am pleased with the model I chose it's nice to have a beautiful, functional refrigerator.

I ordered a whirlpool side by side stainless steel fridge and the fridge and the freezer did not get as cool as it should. After waiting for 4 days for it to get cold I called a technician who told me the new fridge needs a new fan.
I returned the whirlpool fridge and ordered a GE one. So far it works well. It is fingerprint resistant and it cools as expected. I am happy with my purchase.
