The refrigerator is quiet so far. It reached temperature after 8 hours. Biggest drawback is that both the refrigerator and freezer need an additional shelf. The refrigerator could use a deli drawer or an additional shelf. The freezer has a large blank, empty area which could be used if I had a shelf. Wasted space not well used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
