I found the drawers hard to use, not arranged properly, same with the door shelves, Also the freezer hard to organize. All in all not enough space for its footage. Also the ice maker difficult to get to the ice cubes themselves and when I call for crushed ice the door moves with the making of the ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While we’re glad you appreciate the appearance of the unit, we do regret that you’ve found the drawers and shelves hard to use, the freezer hard to organize, and feel there’s not enough space. Your concerns over the design and space, as well as over the access to cubes and the refrigerator’s movement while the ice maker is operating, will be sent to our Refrigerator Design team for review and future development. Your insights are appreciated, as we always like to know what our consumers think of our models.
Regarding your concerns over the drawers and shelves, we do have information on adjusting the shelves and bins on page 10 of the Use and Care manual, linked here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000471-2.pdf . We hope that may be helpful, and allow you to organize the refrigerator to your preference.
If you are noticing excessive movement or vibration when the ice maker is working, you may want to check to make sure the refrigerator is level. This will help cut down on movement, and instructions are available in the manual. There is also information on leveling the doors. If you are concerned the ice maker is not working as it should, our Service Department is also available at 1-800-432-2737 and would be glad to assist.

With almost a year in, we have had no problems with our GE refrigerator. We have always had issues with something, especially ice makers. Our GE has worked perfectly so far, no complaints.

Freezer space is extremely limited. Wish water and ice had separate spouts, always mixing them up.
