We truly hate to hear you had an issue with the refrigerator immediately leaking - we know issues like that would be inconvenient, especially for a brand new appliance. This isn’t the great ownership experience we want you to have, and we’d like to assist.

After reviewing our system, we do see you have arranged for a service appointment. We are confident the technician who assists will be able to diagnose and repair the leak. We also regret any inconvenience caused by noise from the fan. Newer model refrigerators may sound a bit different than older models you might be used to, because of added features and newer technology. Your concern over the noise, as well as notice of the trouble you had with a leak, will be sent to our team for review; we value your insights, as we always want to be aware of any possible areas of improvement.
