We'd like to help you with your refrigerator's water filter. We recommend making sure bypass plug is correctly installed, the word "FRONT" will be showing. If "BACK" is showing, then reverse the by-pass plug and reinstall it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GREAT fridge as far as cooling/temp control goes. Freezer capacity is on the small side, and fridge could use a deli drawer in addition to the shelving. I’m annoyed by the small volume of water the filter will handle before requiring replacement with a GE brand filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!
