We put a bar in our finished basement with a wine refrigerator and a narrow refrigerator for pop, beer, drink mixes, etc. We also use it for extra cold food storage. I really like the interior lighting, the bottom freezer and the storage shelves in the door. The main shelves are clear and easy to see what's on each shelf. We really like the new slate color as it doesn't show fingerprints.

Very convienent top freezer, Ample space

I love this refrigerator! The ample space and brightly lite interior is like a "breath of fresh air" I like going into my refrigerator now. I have absolutely no clutter because the shelving is so well organized. All the products are easily viewable and very convient to find.The bottom freezer is bright with 4 LED lights. GE put a new spin on "Let their be light!" Thank you for such a well thought out and beautiful product.

had this for about two months. unit was recommended by our dealer as one of the most trouble free on the market. we like the bottom freezer a lot. our old side by side freezer was a joke. the only negative comment is the thing makes some strange noises when running. the owners manual mentions noises. i guess there have been some complaints and questions about this.i'm getting used to it.
