Left door tends to close on its own - unit has been leveled. Water dispenser drips after shutoff.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Refer! A touch louder than expected

Have had this unit for a couple months now. Overall, very happy with it. Good use of adjustable shelves, cook LED lighting, easy access to water filter. The ice storage is a bit small, but you can store extra ice in freezer if you choose. My biggest (yet still relatively small) complaint is that the unit isn't exactly quiet. It has fans, compressors, and all sorts of sounds. And it runs for long periods of time. It's not loud... but definitely not quiet. It does make more noise than expected at this price point. Overall happy with purchase, and it's a beautiful unit. 4 stars.

Loving the space

We replaced our frustratingly small side-by-side refrigerator with this new "french door" edition, and are very happy with the change. Much more usable space and well thought out compartments. If there is any complaint it is that the ice & water dispenser can spit the ice cubes out rapidly, but I've never experienced any ice & water dispenser that hasnt had some issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The refrigerator works well & is beautiful, however, I wish the door space had more options and the drawers seem tight compared to previous purchases.

The top shelf has a slider for taller containers. The ice and water on the door is a nice feature, and the sliding top shelf in the freezer makes easy access to lower bin. We owned it for 3 months now and had no problems. It's been very quite except for the ice dropping in the bin but that expected. It was a little hard to condense down from the extra freezer in the basement but we have plenty of room now. Very happy with it.
