Like the unit for the most part, however, the left door will not stay open, it constantly swings shut. Otherwise, it's good.

We are extremely happy with our new refrigerator. The freezer is what sold us on it due to the ample amount of storage are. Our space requirements in the townhouse needed the size unit we bought but this refrigerator delivered on its capacity. Very pleased with the model.

The space inside is good for what my family needs. The water dispenser leaks a few drips and creates water stains. The doors make a sound like a spring is breaking every time I close the doors. Overall it keeps items cold and frozen like it is supposed to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi - While we are delighted to hear your new refrigerator is cooling and freezing properly, we are saddened to hear about the issue you are having when you close the doors and with the water dispenser dripping.
It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. If your refrigerator is dripping more than described above, please mention this to the authorized servicer you have check on the issue with the doors. You may do so by calling GE Appliances service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment for service during your warranty period. Missed the mark

I like the specs on the device but the implementation missed the mark. None of the drawers pull out far enough to be able to reach out even see into the back of the drawer. The labels on the control panel are impossible to read unless you bend over to position your head below the panel. There is no contrast between the labels and the background.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Other than the noise love this new refrigerator

Replaced an very old two door Maytag with this new GE french door refrigerator. Hopefully this one lasts as long as the other. Lots of space and light inside. Like the organization of bottom freezer. Ice and water on outside door really convenient. Wish crushed ice cubes didn't splash everywhere, but not a deal breaker. Compressor is noisy when it is on. Compared with what's on the market now, this checked all my boxes. More than I wanted to spend, but happy with my purchase.

I have to say we are very disappointed in this refrigerator. The ice maker is very noisy, the refrigerator makes a high pitch noise when running and the ice and water dispenser is poorly made. However, I do like the size and the lights are very bright inside the refrigerator. I also like that the bins are clear so I can see everything inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
