Did not work with 20-year-old water connection.

We have had a "French door" fridge for 20 years and enjoyed it. This new one was not easily connectable to my 20 year old copper tubing coil as the old one and since the dealer would not I had to hire a plumber.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge

Bought this fridge to replace our LG appliance in our second kitchen area and this one is better built and much quieter than our old one. Ice is great and the layout is better for what we use this one for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good as I thought

Another broken refrigerator

Unbelievable. I just can't believe this. After they left, a few days later I went to the freezer and the top sliding pull out drawer is BROKEN. I'm sure the delivery guys knew that but as before - they run away as fast as they can so they don't have to deal with it and I - as the customer - am further beaten down. This is torture.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mostly happy with it!

First problem is that it is noisy. As noisy as our furnace. Second is that the shelves are not adjustable enough for gallons of milk, salad dressing bottles etc. we do love the ice maker and water in the door and crispers.
