Noisy fridge

It’s way too noisy and the shelves on left side of door are too shallow to hold hardly anything. Also wish it came in white to match all my other appliances. Also wish I could put milk in fridge itself not on door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A very nice looking refrigerator

Hi,
We've lived with this refrigerator for about a week now. The first few days were spent getting the unit and its contents down to temperature and it ran most of the time. We set the temps as recommended, 0 degrees in the freezer and 37 degrees in the fresh food section, and installed remote temperature probes in each section just to check on the unit's operation. After two days, the temperatures in the fresh food stabilized at close to 37 degrees but the temps in the freezer are varying wildly from between +5 and -15 degrees but probably due to the placement of the sensor because I can't believe that the temperature of the frozen foods would vary that much.
On the down side, the unit is noisy. It sounds like an old man with arthritis getting up in the morning with its groaning and moaning. Sounds like may some fan noise but I suspect that this is just part of the package and we will learn to live with it.
I wish there was a dedicated place for a butter dispenser with a cover on it like the one it replaced.
It looks nice and integrates well with the other appliances in our kitchen.

French Door Fun

After years with a side by side frig, we love a French Door design. Plenty of space, easy to see the food, ice and water. We are saving up to get the oven next.

It's kinda loud compared to our older LG. The LG broke just out of warranty so, we decided to give GE a try.

Beautiful, functional and spacious!

It's a great fridge at a good price. We needed this size to fit in our cabinet space & this one offers more space than our older french door model. The only thing I would change is that the top level on the right is a bit flimsy. We like to put gallons of milk there and have to be careful not to put too much weight on that part. That is the only drawback. Otherwise, it's a beautiful functional fridge that I hope lasts us a long time!

Love the water and ice dispenser

Great water snd ice dispenser with light. The space is great for all groceries, but wish there was more door storage space on the side of door where water dispenser and ice is. Must be the trade off.
