Full size for a narrow fit model

We needed to get a slimmer than 36" wide refrigerator. This one fit the bill. Slimmer, yet, slightly deeper than our previous model, allowing for a larger storage capacity. Design is slick and functional, slight learning curve in getting used to the layout from our previous side by side. No regrets. Look forward to a long running life.

One feature missing is a digital temp display

The product is very very noisy. I replace a GE profile that was 16 years old, never made this much noise.

Great small size french door refrigerator

I have been looking for some time a french door refrigerator that could fit in my apartment, but all I saw were to wide to fit the space until I found this one. I bought it immediately and I am in love with it.

Best of least options

Product replaced a defective kenmore under warranty. Replacement value left few choices and picked GE which won’t happen again. Smaller interior despite appearance of same size as previous unit. It makes noise, inconvenient interior design and simple replacement accessory parts cost a fortune and not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its pretty, but not completely practical

I love how the refrigerator looks and I needed a very specific size to fit in my refrigerator opening. I shopped everywhere and ultimately GE was the only option. Wanted a side by side but double doors/freezer on bottom was my only option. I'm getting use to it now and like it better every day. My most serious complaint is that its loud. It makes a lot of noises. Also, it comes pre- set up with shelves so that you can't store large milk or wine or a pitcher. Was able to adjust. The door shelves are smaller than my previous refrigerator and the shelves on the second door are so small they are almost useless. Also, it took us a while to figure out if you want the ice to go in the glass and not all over the floor you have to hold the glass up high under the dispenser. As my husband said, if you put the glass on the dispenser shelf - only 1 of 9 ice cubes would go into the glass. I love the deli meat drawer. Its very big. But overall - I'm getting use to it. I'm not sure why it cost what it did but if it lasts me a good long while - I'll be fine with it.
