Good but a bit loud

We have replaced our Samsung fridge after 6 years of massive frustration and horrible performance. This GE works fantastic. It sits at a very even 36 degrees in the fridge and -1 degree in the freezer. The samsung barley made it to 40 degrees, causing food to spoil quickly. This GE fridge might be a bit louder, but this actually keeps things cold and so far good Ice output.

We absolutely love this refrigerator. I am completely satisfied with the turbo for the refrigerator. When I add my ice tea (sometimes it's warm) I hit the turbo and the frig stays nice and cold along with everything in it. The crisper drawers are awesome, they keep our fruit and produce nice and fresh for long periods of time (sometimes we get busy and forget)

This unit replaced a 25 year old GE refrigerator. The GE tradition of high quality, exceptional value continues with this unit. Not a day goes by that we don't look at each other and express our satisfaction with a heart felt "I love this refrigerator". It does its job keeping foods cold and vegies and fruit remarkably fresh. The filtered water and cubed and crushed ice dispenser is a joy!

We really enjoy our new GE refrigerator. We like the slate color, and plan to purchase a range, microwave and dishwasher to match. The French doors and bottom freezer are, for us, clearly preferable to a side-by-side. Only negative is that it seems slightly noisier than it was at installation. But if that’s true it isn’t major enough to lower our rating from 5 stars. We recommend it!

Love the drawers up where they can be seen.

I love when I open the doors I can see everything. The drawers are so convenient and visible that I’m no longer wasting forgotten fruit or vegetables in the bottom drawer. The shelves on the left door are narrow due to the ice maker but I have managed to fill them. And the water/ice on the door is awesome! I am surprised that the freezer is so organized, you really don’t have to dig for anything. Well done GE!
