While we’re thrilled you enjoy the quality ice this model produces, we regret that you have concerns with the size of the refrigerator and noise level of the fan and have had some trouble with the doors. We know issues like those may be inconvenient, and we’d like to assist.

While we do expect the fan to make some noise as it spins at high speeds, our Refrigerator Design team will be informed of your concerns over the noise level as well as the capacity and your other concerns. Your insights are valued, as we always want to ensure we’re aware of any potential areas of improvement.

For the issue you’ve had with your doors, applying paraffin wax to the face of the gasket to prevent any sticking or folding over can often help (we recommend paraffin wax as it’s used for canning and is safe for use around food). You may also want to check that the refrigerator is level, to help with the doors closing easily; if it’s not, you can use the leveling legs to adjust it.
