It works.

Feels very cheap. For the amount of money spent, it should feel much more luxurious. The freezer door is very noisy when opening. The water/ice dispenser is also very noisy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge, stylish features!

We love our new refrigerator! The well lit interior, especially fruit, vegetable and meat and cheese bins, make it easy to find what I’m looking for and we have less waste due to the great visibility. The adjustable shelves give us a lot of flexibility for food and beverages. The freezer bins are so convenient and hold a lot. Their design makes this bottom freezer very accessible. We also love the convenient ice and water dispensers. My husband must drink filtered water due to health reasons and with the easy to replace, long lasting water filters, we no longer have to keep a filtered pitcher on the counter for him. Very happy with our “Made in the USA” purchase!

Noisy Refrigerator

This early in ownership (2 weeks) the only comment that we can make is that this is a very noisy refrigerator.

Great features but very Noisy!

We love all the features of our new GE refrigerator/freezer except for the noise that is coming from the motor. It is though it is recharging but is struggling. It is very annoying, we can hear
it from the back of the house. Waiting on service person who we bought the appliance from to return, hopefully soon….None of our other appliances makes this much noise. My hopes are this is not normal for a GE refrigerator. I’m writing this review NOT to discourage anyone from buying a GE appliance. We like GE! I just want it on record that we’ve had an issue with it since day one. I will be happy to leave a 5 star review when this issue has been addressed.

I’ve got what I wanted

We had our new refrigerator for a few weeks now. I love the outdoor water/ice dispenser and the outside controls for the temperature, alarm, filter etc. The inside is lit really well. Easy to see what's inside. I like the french door style with the refrigerated section on the top. I'm a tall guy and its nice not to have to bend down to see what's all in the fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
