Refrigerator was broken on day 1

The water dispenser and ice maker were not functioning upon installation. It took 3 service appointments and several weeks before it was fixed. Disappointed with the inconvenience and the fact that a model at this price point would come broken. The cooling/freezing has always worked great

Noisy, terrible, do not buy!

I am so unhappy with this refrigerator I don’t know what to say. It replaced a 20 year old refrigerator that was on its last legs. The first thing I noticed with this new refrigerator was that it made all sorts of loud and strange noises. What we do now in the morning is still the circuit breaker for the refrigerator and just leave it off for an hour while we are in the kitchen having our morning coffee and breakfast. Then we turn it back on for the rest of the day. Seriously?
Look through the reviews carefully before you buy this one. If it’s going to be in a living space where you value quiet don’t buy this refrigerator. It’s loud enough that I can tell already that I’m going to replace it in the next year. What a waste of money. GE if you are reading this, think about noise when you design refrigerators. This was my last GE I will ever buy.

Features are great. Can see everything you have in the refrigerator. Controls are great. Our old refrigerator kept freezing things in the vegetable tray. Love the Turbo Cool

My refrigerator features are fine. The only problem that we have with it is the noise. It is much noisier than any refrigerator that we have ever had. this is a disappointment.
