I've always purchased G.E. appliances. But I sure love the roominess of the drawers and shelves in the refrigerator and the depth of the freezer. And I'm thrilled with the ice and water dispenser in the door!

Pretty nice, but with drawbacks.

My old refrigerator died during the pandemic which resulted in what I hope is much longer than normal wait time. I would’ve liked being able to see a floor model of this fridge before ordering but there was not one available. I might’ve passed on this one had been able to inspect it closer. It works as it should and looks really nice but there could be some improvements.
1. The water dispenser is painfully slow. I often give up on my 16 oz glass filling up before I walk away.
2. With any French door refrigerator, why would anyone want a single, and happens to be most used in my household, drawer (meat/cheese) across the length of the fridge. Both doors must be open to access it which seems very wasteful and inconvenient.

First time purchasing a GE product. Needless to say, not bad! Only issue that I don't like is that the ice cubes are too large and that the dispenser makes a loud noise when changing from water to cube to crushed ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Refrigerator
