Not good!

The water and ice dispenser do not flow properly. The refrigerator makes loud noises, service person to come on the 18th.. I will never buy another GE product due to this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrigerator is fine but not built as well as our old one. The drawers aren’t built as well, it just seems cheap.

I waited 6 months for this....

After waiting 6 months to receive my new fridge. While it looks great and the features are nice, this is one of the noisiest refrigerators I’ve ever owned. Maybe we got a lemon?

What a difference a fridge make

Overall I really like this fridge!

Overall I really like this fridge. It replaced a Samsung that was only 6 years old and had multiple problems. This GE is not problem free however. Day one the gears for the freezer door were broken. Don't know if it came that way or if the installers did that, but what a pain. Had multiple issues trying to get a service tech out to fix it. Finally decided to have GE send the parts and fix it our self. Was a somewhat easy fix, but why should I be fixing a brand new refrigerator? Considering the parts are plastic, I foresee this issue happening again. Other than the plastic parts, the fridge is great. The water dispenser does drip/leak like they all seem to no matter what brand you buy. The storage space is good enough for us. We do have a chest freezer and separate fridge in the garage, so if you don't have those extras, this may not meet your storage needs. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and so far, even with it's issues, it's been better than the Samsung.
