love the fridge, only complaint is the water tray was broken on the corner, although it came packaged well not sure how it got broken/cracked

Love the refrigerator but right after install the motor was loud. It normalized but if the frig is opened too much the motor gets loud

GE French door fridge

This model is rated very highly by Consumer Reports. So far it's been fine, but it's only been a month. Although it's the same size as my previous fridge, there seems to be less inside capacity. The drawers are smaller and I can't get a lot into them. The freezer is smaller in capacity and makes a noise when it's opened.
The space where the fridge goes is confined so the options for fridges was pretty small. I hope this one turns out to last longer than the LG I had.

Love the doors opening and adjustable shelves, especially the small slide back shelf for taller items. Very well lit with LED lighting. Roomy and adjustable draws separates keep food together. Size fits perfectly into standard kitchen size partition.

Well made and a good value. Features such as door dispenser and adjustable shelves are very useful. The stainless steel finish wears well if you use a stainless cleaner occasionally (weekly). Like the "turbo" mode to cool items down quickly when 'fridge is loaded up with items from grocery store.
Things that could use some improvement: make door bins "handed" to create a little more storage (the curved part of it is needed to allow the doors to swing, but not on both ends of shelf); cold water tank needs to chill faster.

Sleek looking refrigerator that fits in with my GE appliances. We went all stainless steel this time, which can be a problem with fingerprints but with a little daily maintenance, they look great! The water and ice on the door are great but be aware that you do lose some storage space on the inside of that door. I also love the bottom freezer.
