Nice space for a variety of items

I have always wanted a fridge with doors that open wide enough ro insert large items. I am having a problem remembering that the doors do not swing shut on their pwn but must be pushed. The bottom freezer is more efficient than a side-by-side because a pizza box fits well in the space.

I'm enjoying my new refrigerator, the style, lighting,the arrangement and amount of shelf room considering my size constraints (33 wide max). Because of the in-door ice maker, the shelf depth is extra deep. However, the 4 drawers (2 on each side) are not tall enough- not possible to fit a head of lettuce/cabbage in the drawers. The ice maker is noisy when ice drops but not happening enough to bother.

Let me put it this way, If she wasn't happy, It would have been returned the next day. Quite frankly I'm satisfied with the quality of the unit as well. I've read many of the reviews prior to purchasing. Some of those negative reviews appear to be from those unfamiliar with the product. Personally I have no complaints. Ice maker / water, functioned as expected. Love the interior, plenty of room available even after we return from grocery shopping.

Love the space

We are very pleased with our new GE French Door Refridgerator. There is a lot of space for our food on the shelves, in the bins and on the doors. The ice maker (including the water spout) on the door works great and is easy to empty when necessary from the door to the freezer. I was initially concerned about having a bottom freezer, but I have been able to organize it easily, using the built-in dividers and purchasing a few bins at the dollar store.

So far I am very pleased with my product. I like the bright inside light. My food is staying cold compared to my old product, even tho' it says that it is one degree warmer. I like the shelf arrangement.The water dispenser is much handier than my old product.
