Decent refrigerator but...

Overall this refrigerator has good appearance and build quality. The inner drawer in the freezer is bothersome however, as it opens when the freezer door does. I would prefer that it didn't because I'm usually going for the items in the deep part of the freezer. Also, having a butter compartment with a door on the refrigerator door is a nice feature that this unit doesn't have. I do like the deep shelves on the door however.
I've seen now this on several posts over the last year, thought it was just me. Our fridge is level, but never closes without a firm push. Will often hear the door alarm from another room after a few minutes. Sometimes the cold compartment stays open just a crack (1/8", 3mm) and our entire freezer gets frosted and all the ice gets fuzzy. Too bad, its a nice machine, just a victim of poor design. We have tried lubricating the hinges, forcing the level to the back and side to make the door lean, nothing seems to work.
Love the space and the style, my only hitch is the door. At times does not close all the way...leading to issues in terms of cooling. Have to give it an extra push. Not sure if this is all models but has been that way since purchase.
