Hard to rate a fridge when it is this new. The most important factor is longevity so only time will tell. Design Issues: **The top shelf is not very strong. Had my small jars on it and noticed it was sagging. Relocated some of the weight. Old fridge had glass shelves; no problems. **The door was not aligned upon setup so it did not close properly. The handbook was generic & did not tell us how to adjust it. Called our vendor to check it out only to find out it was a simple repair. **The LED lighting is not very bright **For the price, there should be two snack drawers; My fault for not realizing that it was for snacks, rather than the usual 1 for meat & 1 for cheese drawers. **I can not fit the pre-packaged salad sleeve in veggie drawer sideways; hence I lose a lot of storage room. Not sure if a re-design would be do-able to improve capacity.
On a positive note there is a ton of space on the fridge door.
We really thought we would miss the ice in the door feature but we do not. It produces plenty of ice where our other more expensive fridge couldn’t keep up.
This refrigerator is very convenient for me. When I open the top door, I am able to view everything in the refrigerator without moving items around. The same goes for the bottom drawer (more or less). The reason I didn't give it five stars is because I have to make sure the top door is completely pushed close. If not, the refrigerator will run constantly (developing frost and ice on some of the products). I was use to my other refrigerators doors completely closing without any extra effort. The refrigerator has an alarm on it; but that comes on when the door is ajar for a few minutes. Also, you can see the finger prints on the stainless steel. That’s not a problem for me since I am constantly cleaning; but it maybe an inconvenience for someone else.
