Hard for Seniors

Freezer is hard to reach into back and bottom. Bending over and reaching down difficult for me as a senior. Upper shelves in the frig are almost out of reach for my wife who is short

Plus: it was available when we needed it. Has lots of room in main space; freezer space OK; makes lots of ice.
Minus: noisy. Stainless steel smudges more than our last SS fridge.

Not the best fridge we've ever had, but given microchip shortage, it was closest to our specs and available.

While the stainless steel does show smudges, it can be easily cleaned using mild soap (dish soap) and water, then rinsed with clear water and dried with a soft cloth. Very happy with the refrigerator .

However, one of shelves for the door (29”) was missing. There was an extra smaller shelf with no place to go. Supposedly, the correct shelf is in order but 6 weeks later, still waiting on the missing shelf.

My two new GE refrigerators are everything I expected. This is my first experience with the bottom freezer, but it’s been an easy adjustment. They are very spacious and beautiful.
