Hi there, and thanks for reporting your concerns to us. We truly hate to hear you've had an issue with sagging shelves and noise from the icemaker; we know this may cause inconvenience, especially with a new replacement unit.

We strive to build our appliances with quality, durable materials that are built to last; our Design team will be alerted to the issue with your shelves, for future review and development. The shelves are tested for 35 pounds per square foot; full width shelves shouldn't exceed 50 pounds total. We hope that information is helpful for you.

Regarding the sound level, newer models can be a bit louder than older ones because of added features and technology. We do still strive to provide as quiet an experience as possible, and our Design team will also be informed of your concern in this area. We truly value your insights, as we always want to be sure we're aware of any potential issues.
