Only have had this fridge for 1 week, after having a side-by-side this is a dream, though it is basically the same size it holds much more & I don't have to bend over & dig for things!! the wide door shelves easily hold my MANY condiments, also I like not having water/ice on the front because of the mold that forms in the lines. This fridge is understated but luxurious!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the amount of room inside the refrigerator! The doors are able to hold large bottles and even a 6-pack or 2 or 3. Large moveable shelves are plenty of space for all our food needs. Ice maker is awesome with the built in filter system So pleased with our new purchase!

The only issue I have is the fingerprints on the door. You can never seem to keep them off. I love the rest of the it.

Nice size and nice interior layout

I special ordered this refrigerator from xxxx and when it arrived (after 3-4 weeks) to their store, it was seriously damaged with a crease in the freezer cabinet. There was no damage to the packaging, so it was packed that way. I again waited multiple weeks for another. It do like the features. The stainless smears a bit and is difficult to remove the marks, but I can live with that.

Great refrigerator!!

This is my second GE Profile! My first lasted 14 years!! Why change when you have a great experience.
My only complaint: The shelves and door baskets are not as sturdy as the ones that were in our first refrigerator;the plastic and glass are thinner. I have noticed them giving in the center. I am not sure why the material was changed???

Difficulty with ice maker.

I needed this particular model as it is against the pantry wall and floor plan would not accommodate a french door model which had more features and was less expensive. I have had it 4 months and the ice maker has overflowed and frozen up twice. Now there is a parts delay. Also, one of the slide trays inside squeaks when you open it and does not slide easily. The water filter replacement cartridges are expensive to replace.

Longevity and Quiet unit

My parents bought a GE unit in 1962 (54 years) on their wedding day. I hope to get at least half that many years out of this unit.
Our old unit (not a GE) moaned and groaned day and night. This GE unit is quite and much more spacious and 1 cubic foot smaller. Ice maker produces a good ice cube that last longer than our previous ice cubes in our Orca cups. Had to scotch the wheels to keep the unit from rolling when pull on the door to open. Only had one week but so far so good.
