Just installed the GE Refrigerator. Making some noice napping and cracking at first. Now it has settled down and though you can hear it running, no snapping and cracking. The water line had a fitting that needed a gasket/o-ring type connecting line fitting, Not a compression fitting. All I had was a compression fitting line coming from the wall. Had to improvise to get a solid connection.
My office is happy with this so far. Plenty of room for several people bringing their lunches. The door alarm is a good feature. The ice maker is still working- we love out ice!
the first thing that broke is the handle of the freezer. 19 month ofter bought the part is no longer available.
second the first shelf framing which is too weak broke.
and today the last bottom plastic shelf located in the door also broke. it fell on the floor while the dorr open
not to mention that the door is so large and heavy that its not closing freely. you have to push otherwise it stay open.
it's the worst bought i did. absolutly horrible.
