Well-designed Bottom-freezer Refrigerator

After approximately one month of ownership, I am very happy with the GDE25EYKFS refrigerator. The features I most appreciate are (1) spacious capacity, (2) excellent illumination and visibility, (3) digital temperature control and (4) built-in water filter for the icemaker. According to product testing by Consumer Reports, this model performs very well on achieving the set temperature as well as temperature consistency throughout the refrigerator. In summary, this model offers the most important features while avoiding unnecessary extras that could be future failure points. Very happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our fridge is nice and roomy one complaint is it runs a bit loud and sometimes it doesn’t seem to close without a firmer push. One other issue is the door seems to want to swing all the way open but overall I like the fridge space and the freezer is also roomy!

Correct sizing and features

We needed a bottom freezer refrigerator that would fit a smaller opening and this model was about the only one we could find that would work. As it is, the height is barely OK. So far the refrigerator is working fine and it meets our needs. We should really like to have a more thorough user manual.
