Positive : It runs quiet. The interior light comes on slowly.
Negative : The shelves sag in the middle. The more weight, the more it sags. It needs a support bar in the middle or something.
The finish is fingerproof . Instead of showing fingerprints it shows hand smears.
Not understanding the door alarm. Love it but why not design the door to soft close instead ?

We have only had it a month, but so far it has performed better then we had expected our old one was forty years old and did not work that good. but we didn't realize it till we got the new one

The Refrigerator is great, the controls are easy to navigate, and the unit achieved desired temperatures very quickly. There was a slight problem that caused the door not to close properly, but the issue was resolved quickly by the team that was sent out a few days later, with a spacer to raise the door slightly (apparently had been missing).
I would recommend this to a friend!
