I have only had the refrigerator for 4 days but I just love it. I really like the fridge part being on top.

Nice fridge. Cooling comes from the top so everything gets frozen on the top shelf but if you turn the temp up the bottom shelf and bins aren’t cold enough. Louder than I was expecting when it’s cooling. Cools more than I was expecting even when not opening it very much. You have to make sure to close it hard otherwise it flys open. The thing I dislike most is the freezer. When you open it the top shelf comes out with it. When you push back the top shelf in the freezer it doesn’t go back very far and is very clunky and loud when pushing both in. It’s very loud and irritating. We needed this fridge asap since ours kicked the bucket last minute so for the most part it’s a working cheap fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its only a month old but it is good. Only thing i don't like is you have to pusht eh fridge door closed, gravity alone will not close it

We have always had good experiences with GE refrigerators and I expect this one to be the same. It seems to have more space inside than the larger Samsung refrigerator that it replaces. The only questionable thing I noticed is that the freezer draw seems a little less durable than other refrigerators we looked at. Time will tell how good it is. The ice cube maker could be smaller and have an on/off switch more conveniently located.

Great fridge. Plenty of space that is very easy to organize. The only downside is it takes a long time to make ice cubes.
