I wish I could give this fridge no stars! The doors do not seal well and the freezer is constantly freezing up, full of frost. It runs continuously and is very loud. Definitely not an energy saver! I would advise everyone to steer clear of this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help out with your refrigerator frosting up and with the doors not sealing properly. We suggest scheduling one of our technicians to come out for diagnostics. You can do so by calling 1-800-432-2737 or by visiting this link here (https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm).
Size of the refrigerator is perfect for us, the refrigerator works great, shelves and drawers convenient. Only gave 3 stars due to the loudness of the unit and the fact that the freezer froze over with ice/frost twice now where we had to empty the freezer and wipe it all down.

While we’re glad that you’ve been enjoying the space and storage options of your new refrigerator, we hate to hear that you’ve had issues with unexpected sounds and with the freezer frosting over. We want to help. We recommend taking a look at the article linked below for tips on what to do when your freezer is frosting up.
If none of the above information helps, we recommend having your unit diagnosed by a qualified technician. You can schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737 or by going to https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm.
Appliance works great but a few things are a little annoying. First is the load humming noise when it’s running. Over time we have gradually become accustomed to it though. Second, it seems when you shut the bottom freezer drawer a little too quickly it pops the upper door open a little which then sets off the alarm.
I've had the fridge for two days and so far, so good! Lots of room in the refrigerator portion, much more than my last fridge, which was 24 years old. I can't find a single problem with this fridge, even though a lot of people online have complained about it being noisy. I have normal hearing and I don't think this fridge is noisy at all. Yes, when it cycles on you can hear it do so, but its not loud by any stretch of the imagination, and only lasts a few minutes at that. My house is probably quieter than most as I live alone and don't have a TV, so there is no ambient background noise always playing. My house is truly silent most of the time. Even in that quiet atmosphere, this fridge isn't loud at all.
Very very loud. Freezer drawer is difficult to get and squeaks when pulling out drawer

We hate to hear that your new refrigerator is much louder than expected, and that you’ve had issues with the freezer drawer squeaking. We want to help. We recommend taking a look at the articles below for information on some of the sounds your refrigerator can make during operation, both normal and abnormal.
If none of that helps, or if you believe the sounds you’re hearing are much louder than can be considered normal, service would be required. You can schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737 or by going to https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm.
