Love the fridge!

I love the fridge, it's nice and quiet, it occasionally makes loud sounds, but I think that's related to my water line. Recently it quit making ice, and while that's not a you know huge issue, it's an inconvenience nonetheless.
The fridge and freezer are nice and cold
I would recommend this to a friend!

CONSTANT NOISE!

Looks and functionality inside and out are great. But, the almost constant beeping, and the intermittent grinding and knocking day and night are driving us crazy. We thought we could adapt, but after one month, the sounds are still almost unbearable. We cannot afford the restocking fee and wait for a new refrigerator. PS We have not yet hooked up the ice-maker. The unit is turned off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love The Look But It Runs Loud

I love the look but the motor can be heard on the second floor of my house. Also the ice bin takes up unnecessary space. It stands off the side of the drawer by an inch and another inch on the inside of the space. It is wasting precious space. Other than that I think it works perfectly.

Love the fridge, hate the freezer

We went from a top freezer to a bottom freezer. Thought because they were the same cubic ft it would fit same amount of food, not the case. Our old freezer was just over half full, and we still had to throw out food that wouldn't fit in the new freezer. It looks cool but there's hardly any space. We don't even use the ice cube maker, needed the space for food. Now the fridge part, looks awesome and fits all of our food nicely. I love the fridge part, just wish the freezer had more usable space!!!

Too noisy

Nice unit other than the unusually loud, higher frequency noose when the compressor is ON. Needs better sound proofing inside the walls, etc.

We're terribly sorry to know that your refrigerator is noisy and understand how much of a headache that is. Modern refrigerators have new features and are more energy efficient than older ones. The foam insulation used in new models has excellent insulating capabilities and is very energy efficient however it is not as sound absorbent as previously used fiberglass insulation.
Hard surfaces such as ceramic tile, vinyl or hard wood floors, walls and kitchen cabinets may make these operating sounds more noticeable. As a result, certain sounds may be unfamiliar on a new refrigerator at first. These sounds are normal and are usually an indication that the refrigerator is operating properly.

Newer models can sometimes be louder than the older models you may be used to, because of added features and technology. I’m so happy!

I absolutely love my new refrigerator! I was nervous after reading some reviews about it being noisy, not cold enough, and moving when the drawers are pulled but I have none of these issues. It is definitely cold enough! The drawers did move the refrigerator when opening but once you stabilize it by turning the knobs on the bottom it does not do that. It is quiet. I have gained so much space which amazes me because it fits in the same amount of space my old refrigerator did. It makes plenty of ice. Love the turbo cool feature! My freezer is now nicely organized and still has space for more! I could not be happier with my purchase! And just an fyi I am not a paid reviewer and I’m not doing this as part of a promotion. I’m a regular person who just bought a new refrigerator.

Compressor emits a high pitch tone
